Weight limits: 50 lbs per other , 50 lbs per cat , 30 lbs per small pet , 50 lbs per dog , 30 lbs per reptile , 50 lbs per bird
Pet Types
Up to 2 pets per apartment, 50 pounds max each at full grown weight. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $25 a month in pet rent per pet. Breeds we can't accept: Akitas, Bulldogs, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Fila Brasileiros, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, and Wolf Hybrids. Same goes for any dog with a bite history. Everyone completes a PetScreening profile before move-in, even with no pet. No Pet and Assistance Animal profiles are free. A Household Pet profile starts around $20 and needs a photo and vet records. Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome, with no pet fee and no pet rent.
